Meet Kat Zubacheva, Leasing Agent at Jasper

The Jasper team is made up of a number of professionals. One of them is Leasing Agent, Kat Zubacheva. Originally from Russia, Kat is a huge animal lover and has lived in San Francisco for a number of years. Kat was good enough to take time to share a little insight into her position and dealings at Rincon Hill’s premiere rental community.

Almost three months in the leasing industry with a background of a real estate licensed Realtor selling houses in the San Francisco Bay Area for five years.

Volunteering for SPCA San Francisco walking and feeding dogs, volunteering for YMCA Treasure Island, or out for farmers market and/or movies.

Best thing about living in SF:
Weather, people, food. The atmosphere of the Bay Area itself. I have lived all over the world and none feels like the Bay Area.
Any other secrets spots, rotating events or neighborhood/nearby happenings you’d recommend to new residents or those looking to live in the neighborhood? Any Off the Grid locations are my favorite.
Describe your favorite floor plan and what makes it unique: 2-F. It is super spacious. The views of water and Bay Bridge are just breathtaking.
Favorite view at Jasper? Water-water-water. Bay Bridge. Sunsets and sunrises.
What are residents looking for in an apartment home these days? Views. Space. Amenities. Services.

Do you have a favorite four-legged resident? Absolutely! I actually have two! They are Vegas and Pizza! Vegas is just a cutie pie that wears his Christmas sweater while outdoors. Pizza is just an adorable puppy. He is always extremely happy and super friendly with both people and pets.
